Pictured above is the delicious Lamb Shank, one of Chef George's creations from over 15 years ago. Slow cooked in a homemade red sauce with herbs and spices. The sauce paired with the lamb and pasta is magnificent and pairs well with our Anastasia Agiorgitiko wine.
